  7. its probably a colony of worms. like when u go to a petstore, or a fish store, and in asia, u can buy these things called tubifex worms. theyre tiny worms that u feed your tetras or betas with.

    in america, its probably cubed and freeze dried.
    i used to play with them by blowing on the worms while they were laid out on traps with a few centimeters of water. when i do that, the worms “shiver and shrivel” alittle. thus creating the “pulsating” effect u see in the video.

    the reason they leave em out on trays is to help the worms spread out. that is because these worms tend to bunch up, and they produce alot of body heat among themselves. when it gets too hot, they will die.

    thats why when u see them in sewers, there are multiple lumps everywhere. because the worms want to bunch up, but not overheat.

    this is so common when u grow up playing with bugs and worms and catching guppies in asia. if u grew up playing with barbies and GI joes in orange county, this would be out of this world.
