Cash for Cancer?

I’m still trying to figure this donation box from the grocery store out. Do you put in your change to support prostate cancer, if you’re against it or if you already have it? Or is this a box where they keep all the prostate cancer, and people have accidentally been putting their extra change in? I’m confused.

You know, I’m all for giving your extra change to charity but you’d think these people could actually make an extra effort to ask for donations instead of just labeling a box.
